Software Architect High Tech Systems

As a Senior embedded software architect in the High-Tech systems department in Delft, you play a crucial role in the design, development and testing of embedded software, operating software and user interfaces for new mechatronic high-tech systems and products. You work with multiple programming languages, operating systems and tools, depending on the specific project needs and applications. Maintaining a high quality standard for the software is very important to us, so setting up automated testing and code reviews are also standard aspects of the job. We try to develop software that we can be proud of, software that not only works, but is also maintainable and understandable. You do not do all this alone, in the projects you work together in multidisciplinary teams and in good consultation with the customer.

In addition, with your experience you take the team in Delft to a higher level. This means that you are committed to professionally coaching colleagues, you are responsible for the quality of the work delivered in the department and the development of competencies within the team. you maintain a good relationship with the software engineering departments in our other companies and work together where necessary. You have an eye for developments in the (future) market and identify new needs.
