For Demcon convergence we are looking for a driven technical and commercial service coordinator, who will provide the first line service to our global installed base of liquid and gas systems.

Over Demcon
Demcon convergence started in 2010 as a spin-off from the University of Twente. Since then, Demcon convergence has specialised in developing and manufacturing precision measurement and control systems for liquids and gases.
Demcon convergence delivers customer specific membrane inspection systems from a product line of standard configurations. We also develop customised analytical measurement systems for customers with specific needs. We deliver our systems to our international customer base consisting of prestigious universities, corporate innovation labs, life science and biopharma companies.
The company became part of the Demcon group in the summer of 2022. Together, we will further expand and professionalise the company.

Wat ga je doen?
- As a service coordinator at Demcon convergence, you are the point of contact in the organisation regarding service;
- You manage our helpdesk/mailbox and speak to customers (in English);
- You make technical and commercial proposals to provide service to our international customers;
- You are responsible for the realisation of (small) service work and the delivery of spare parts;
- You act as project coordinator for major service jobs in our workshop and functionally supervise our engineers and technicians. You are also active in performing the work yourself;
- You manage our rental systems;
- You maintain contact with colleagues, suppliers and customers all over the world;
- In addition to your work on the service side, we will also regularly rely on you for our new construction projects. Think about organising installation and user training sessions and/or performing the delivery inspection (FAT).
Wat breng je mee?
- You have a bachelor working and thinking level;
- At least 3 to 6 years work experience in a technical environment;
- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages;
- You are able to take the (technical) lead role in a project and coordinate with other disciplines such as engineering, purchasing and production;
- You have good communication skills;
- You are a team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
