Do you have experience in Quality and Regulatory Affairs (QA/RA) in the field of development and certification of high-tech systems, robotic/autonomous products or space systems, and do you want to work in a dynamic environment with a wide variety of products? Then we are looking for you!
The QA/RA Engineer at Demcon is a challenging position with very diverse activities, often pushing new boundaries. You work closely with all disciplines within Demcon, but you also have contact with external parties. We are looking for someone with an affinity with the development and certification of various (non-medical) products. Someone who also finds it interesting to keep up with developments in, for example, legislation on robotics, autonomous vehicles or defense, and who can translate that into working methods within DEMCON.

Wat ga je doen?
As a QA/RA Engineer you are part of the quality team at Demcon’s development company in Delft. The QA/RA Engineer is part of the multidisciplinary project team. You are the point of contact within this team in the field of product safety, certification and quality assurance, from the first idea until the design goes to production.
As a QA/RA Engineer, it is your challenge to guarantee the safety of the product and the correct working methods in line with our quality system. Within the development projects you are responsible for product safety, you determine which laws and regulations apply, you translate this into the design and you coordinate these matters with the team, the customer and the test house (if applicable). For certification you put the technical file in order.
Wat breng je mee?
• Technically trained, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics (scientific working and thinking level)
• Work experience as a QA/RA engineer within a design house is an advantage
• Analytical skills and you understand the language of the engineers;
• You are a team player, make contact easily, communicate and switch well at various levels, both towards the project team and the customer;
• You are accurate, convincing and pragmatic
