What does a day at JOHAN look like?
The JOHAN Sports Performance Analysis software platform allows coaches and trainers to analyse training sessions and matches online, from every location. The design is very user-friendly, therefore you don’t need to be a specialist to work with the system!
As a customer support specialist you help the sales team in the implementation and onboarding process of new customers. Furthermore you monitor the client’s behaviour to improve the user experience and minimize support questions. Next to this you will be the first point of contact for our clients to offer them support. You are responsible for the operations that comes with this; preparing new products/sending new products etc. You will use and maintain a Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM) to make this all possible. Meaning you will monitor support tickets and client web-app behaviour. You create (online) support materials, like guides and guidelines for optimal use of our products. Stock management and sending/receiving of packages will also be part of your day to day job.
What do you bring?
- Higher education, preferably in sports technology;
- Knowledge of technical products;
- Natural interest in sports;
- Knowledge of customer experience and behaviour.
