QA/RA engineer high-tech systems
QA/RA engineer at Demcon is a challenging position with very diverse work. You will work closely with all disciplines within Demcon, but also have contact with external parties. We are looking for someone with experience in the field of quality assurance, laws and regulations and certification of products within the high-tech systems industry, robotic/autonomous products or industrial machines.

Demcon high-tech systems is a multidisciplinary development and engineering partner for mechatronic challenges, from concept to realization, in the field of high-tech systems.
What are you going to do?
As a QA/RA engineer you will be part of the quality engineering team and work together with different engineers in our projects, where you will be the point of contact in the field of safety and legal regulations for high-tech products.
You lead sessions for product safety and reliability (FMEA). You support the engineers, project management and the customer with solutions to minimize safety risks. You are responsible for determining which laws and regulations apply. You are aware of the latest developments and insights and support the translation to the design requirements.
In addition, you ensure that the agreed method is followed and you implement the quality management system (QMS) within the projects. You are goal-oriented and pragmatic: flexible where possible, consistent and persistent where necessary. Finally, you put the technical file in order for certification, so that on your advice it can be presented for signature.
What do you bring to the table?
- You have a bachelor’s/master’s degree in a technical direction
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality/Regulatory Assurance in the high-tech field
- You switch and read quickly and easily in laws and regulations in ever new (innovative) areas
- You are a team player, you easily make contact, communicate and interact well at various levels with both the project team and the customer
- You are accurate, persuasive and pragmatic
