Function
The project manager is the lynchpin between client and in-house development team. Our projects are complex, both organizationally and technically. Complexity goes hand in hand with added value. As Project Manager, you direct the substantive, organizational and qualitative aspects of the projects. You oversee and manage the entire process from quotation (associated assumptions, concept formation, risks, hourly budget and planning) to the realization of the project by the customer. You monitor technical progress, planning and budget. You switch proactively on any bottlenecks. You ensure excellent communication with the customer, support within the project team and internal communication within DEMCON.
Requirements
As a project manager, you are fascinated by managing “technology,” smart and decisive. Furthermore, you have:
Completed technical wo education, extensive knowledge in own technical field;
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
- You are result- and solution-oriented and plan-driven;
- Emphatic and an enthusiastic personality;
- You are fluent in the Dutch and English language both verbally and in writing.
