What are you going to do?
Demcon Industrial Systems ontwikkelt en realiseert de meest uiteenlopende projecten voor de markt van (complexe) machinebouw. De projecten variëren van een deelontwikkeling of een proof of principle-opstelling tot complete machines en totaalsysteemoplossingen voor onze klanten in de machinebouw.
Als projectmanager ben je de spil tussen klant en jouw eigen ontwikkelteam. Onze projecten zijn uitdagend, zowel organisatorisch als ook technisch. Om nog meer uitdagende projecten uit te kunnen voeren, zoeken we een pragmatische, doelgerichte en enthousiaste professional om de lead te nemen.
Als projectmanager geef je sturing aan de inhoudelijke, organisatorische en kwalitatieve aspecten van de projecten. Je overziet en bent verantwoordelijk voor het hele traject, van offerte tot en met de eindrealisatie en oplevering bij de klant. Je bewaakt technische voortgang, planning en het budget. Ook onderhoud je de relatie met de klant. Hierdoor beheer je het project van kop tot staart waarbij je de details niet uit het oog verliest. Je schakelt proactief op knelpunten en zorgt voor communicatie met de klant en draagvlak binnen het projectteam.
What do you bring to the table?
• Een afgeronde technische HBO-/WO-opleiding en brede interesse in mechatronische systemen;
• Relevante werkervaring als (technisch) projectleider/ projectmanager, bij voorkeur in de machinebouw;
• Je bent geboeid door het managen van techniek, slagvaardig en oplossingsgericht;
• Resultaat- en klantgericht met een planmatige instelling;
• Empathisch vermogen en een enthousiasmerende persoonlijkheid;
• Vloeiende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
