Demcon high-tech systems and materials is a multidisciplinary development and engineering partner for mechatronic challenges, from concept to realization, in semiconductor industry and smart industry.
Our R&D teams work on the development of machines and test-equipment. To demonstrate that its lithography machines for chip manufacturing operate with the highest possible precision and speed, our customer uses qualification tools. We have been building and maintaining these extremely complex systems for more than twenty years. This way we support our client’s development and production activities. These projects are complex, both organizationally and technically
What are you going to do?
As project manager, you are the link between the client and the in-house development team. You direct the substantive, organizational and qualitative aspects of the projects. You oversee and manage the entire process from quotation (associated assumptions, concept formation, risks, hourly budget and planning) to the realization of the project at the customer.
In addition, you monitor the technical progress, planning and budget. In case of any bottlenecks, you are able to proactively intervene. Finally, you ensure excellent communication with the customer, support within the project team and internal communication within Demcon.
What do you bring to the table?
- Master degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science or a similar a technical discipline;
- At least 6 years of relevant work experience as a project manager;
- Plan-driven attitude and result and solution oriented;
- Emphatic ability and an enthusiastic personality.
