Because of this ambition, we at Demcon metal injection molding are looking for a driven Production Leader who can think strategically and translate the whole into practical possibilities.

Demcon metal injection moulding is a specialist in metal powder injection moulding of complex, high-precision products in large numbers. We injection mold products for many different markets such as medical, tooling industry, automotive and bicycle industry.

What are you going to do?

Because growth involves increasing numbers, you will be engaged in:

setting up and designing a smart factory;
further optimize the current production processes and cooperation with other departments.

Because you are responsible for the production team, you will deal with:

the team and mutual cooperation;
manage the coordination with other departments.

Because we want to work more efficiently & effectively, you will focus on:

planning and order desk;
integral supply chain integration;
adapting the sourcing strategy from the Supply Chain idea;
process monitoring & improvement (including logistics);
ensuring quality and (social) safety.

What do you bring?

To make a difference for our customers:

do you have extensive experience as a Production Manager or Supply Chain Manager;
you have the ability to distance yourself from the daily hectic;
You are able to arrive at strategic insights through logical reasoning;
you are aware that continuous improvement is a constant;
you are strong in planning, organizing and motivating people;
You are goal-oriented and know how to respond effectively to changes;
you want to realize results from clear sub-goals and you know how to involve everyone in this.
